This is a beautiful dewy highlight. In stick form, this highlighter gives more of a shine than a sparkle or shimmer. It is has an oil based core surrounded by the “ halo”. The website says the halo is composed on genuine crystals (not sure if I believe that). But regardless, it gives off a dewy glow and makes the skin look nourished and healthy. I got the shade “Quartz”, which I think is flattering for fair-light medium tones.
